01How long until you respond to a submission?+
Five working days for the first reply. If your build needs deeper review (HammerHub greenlight cycle), expect a follow-up within two weeks.
02Do I need a finished build to submit?+
No. We accept prototypes, soft-launched builds, and live titles. Pick the path that fits where you are — Publishing for full-cycle, Hammer Hub for self-serve scale.
03Which platforms do you publish to?+
Primarily iOS and Android. We have shipped to Apple App Store, Google Play, and select Asian app stores. Web/PC titles considered on a case-by-case basis.
01How are revenue shares structured?+
Three flexible models — Dev-Cost Covered (UDO funds development), Even Split (studio funds, UDO publishes), and Live-Game Tier (existing live titles). Specifics are negotiated per studio. We share full numbers in the second meeting.
02Do I keep my IP?+
Yes. Studios retain creative ownership of their IP. UDO holds publishing and distribution rights for the agreed term and territories.

A self-serve publishing platform — analytics, monetization, UA, A/B testing, live ops, and AI-driven insights in one console. Designed for studios who want to scale without giving up control.
02Can I use Hammer Hub without UDO publishing my game?+
Yes. Hammer Hub is offered standalone for studios who want the tooling and infrastructure but not full publishing. Pricing is platform-only.

GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA compliant. Detailed practices are in our Privacy Policy. Player data we collect through our published titles is processed only for analytics, monetization optimization, and service delivery.
